Relaxing Yoga with Rachel Dewan (on Zoom)

Join Rachen Dewan, E-RYT500, Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher, as she guides us on a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga experience. Rachel will guide us through gentle movements, meditation and deep breathing to calm our minds and soothe our hearts.
