A Community-wide Observance of Kristallnacht

Join Us for a Virtual Presentation and Q&A:
“They Survived Together”
A film by John Rokosny
Joining us will be Dahlia Neiger Weinzoff, daughter of survivor and subject of the film, Benjamin Neiger.
The Emmy Award-winning film, “They Survived Together” is a story of endurance, unity and hope. “They Survived Together” is the incredible, true story of the survival of the Neiger family, as they desperately try to stay together as a family while escaping certain death by the Nazis – with four small children! The Neiger family was living a peaceful life in a tight-knit Jewish community in Krakow when the arrival of World War II changed their lives forever. When Nazi soldiers forced the Neiger family from their home and into the harsh life of the Ghetto, they made a vow to escape together and survive as a family. The Neiger family is said to be one of the only families to escape and survive as an intact family with small children.
